I really loathe that I got you sister bullshit. I know women well. Every last one folds like a house Of cards on that I got you sister thing as soon as they fall in love with an evil man. Not that I care but the point is made for arguments sake. Conservative women don't put up fronts like that so when they put their families first, they don't need called on their inconsistent bs the way a raging femmi does. I recently had a couple bitch slaps with an old time friend on Facebook who was all the rah women this and that and female bosses this. I told her without exception, I have been very unimpressed with every female boss I have had They are indirect, catty, scared of confrontation, and when they are direct get butthurt and spiteful if you can present a valid argument against their position on something and can never seem to present their position in a non emotional professional manner. (My boss actually eye rolls for example when asked something she doesn't want to deal with). All like to deny they are capable of those female failings but every last one is. It's female nature and it takes a particularly strong woman to keep her emotions in check when they are not beneficial to the situation. Haven't net one female boss yet who doesn't show her emotional hand like a bad poker player.
