It sucks that they cheapen this affliction for people who are REALLY suffering from PTSD.

I pisses me off that my wife has to suffer with constant pain because these "people" have misused and abused pain killers to the point doctors are scared shitless to prescribe 1 pill more than what some asshole bureaucrat deems appropriate.   :argh:

Someone was negligent in maintaining the sidewalk.

Nah, the sidewalk was probably maintained fine but there was a lack of properly spaced warning stickers indicating that concrete may be hard on bones and could possibly scrape knees.  Sounds like a winning lawsuit to me.

I doubt that she can sue anyone. The Friends of Steve Dawes might arise and inform the court all she had was a bruised finger. Her own description of minor injuries and constant texting updates prove she wasn't in such pain that6 she was unable to keep up a constant dialog.

Matter of fact. maybe the friends could preemptively inform the disability board...
