Without this valuable program, Marvel Comics will go bankrupt. No Incredible Hulk, no Amazing Spiderman, no Fantastic Four. Oh, the huge manatee!

The national security implications of mohair cannot be overstated understated. I guess this could an exception...

I'd say it was a Kennedy buying a few more votes with your/our money.

Ryan's budget cuts are a joke. The Obama administration is on a path to add 1 trillion to the debt per year for the next ten years. Subtract Ryan's 2.5 trillion from 10 and you get 7.5 trillion in added debt. Anyone here think we can survive a debt of 23 trillion. These politicans are going to put us in a worse postion than Greece is in.  God help us.

Unlike any other politician in Washington, at least he's willing to actually REDUCE the amount spend on something, as opposed to most of them who just want to SLOW THE GROWTH.

Then we need to get rid of the whole lot cause they are too stupid to understand the problem.

Reminds me of a joke.. A cop stopped this smart ass lawyer for running a stop sign. The cop explained the offense and the lawyer thought cause he was smarter that he would question the law. The cop wrote him a ticket and the lawyer refused to sign the ticket citing his constitutional rights. The cop asked him to exit the car, pulled out a baton and proceeded to whip his ass. The cop asked him now do you want to slow down or stop.

The problem is they use baseline budgeting, which is done by no one ever. They say "we spent x on it this year, and we'll increase that by 4% next year." Any increase of less than 4% is termed a cut, when actual spending still increases.

I hereby propose a Constitutional Amendment, call it the Truth in Budgeting Amendment, that requires Congress to produce a list of priorities, and then fund them in that order starting from 0 every year. (Congress won't have time for anything else? BONUS!)
