Basically, in attempting to convince normal people that s/h/it is more intelligent and intellectually savvy than it's fellow DUmbshits, the OP is making note of the fact that the planet Mercury is in the period of it's orbit where it will APPEAR to earthly observers to be moving from west to east, or retrograde, in the sky over Skin's Island of Misfit ****-ups.
