If Ashley Judd doesn't have to be a resident of Kentucky to be their US Senator, do we have to be a resident of Kentucky in order to vote for or against her becoming a Senator representing Kentucky - that state in which she does not reside?

You know what's sad? She could win, it all depends on how many low information voters KY has.
Don't try to tell me the state that put Rand Paul in the senate wouldn't put her there. Look at FL we put Marco Rubio in the senate in 2010 then in 2012 we put 0bama back in the white house and Bill Nelson back in the senate.

Sadly neither could I, but at least I could help put Steve Sutherland back in. He doesn't make the news but usually votes the right way. He voted against all the cave in bills Boner and the boys came up with.
