Shep Smith is saying that the Vatican officials have said that the new pope will emerge about 45 minutes after the smoke started to rise--which was 2:06 EDT.  So, 2:51 EDT we should know who it is.

Interesting man.  I'm not Catholic, so not sure about all the different divisions, but they say he's a Jesuit. ?? He doesn't live in the Cardinal's home and takes the bus to work.
