Well we do put people in jail that get together and plan to heist a bank or Children who write about how they have put 6 class mates on a hit list. Now where do we go ?
No crime was yet committed but few want to take chances. Not an easy trip to decide where fantasy and acting on it will occur.--Or will it ????
Those that fantasise on breaking the law, killing, raping or holding up banks themselves are fantasising about themselves doing an act that is not just unsocial but outside the bounds of normal behavior. Where do these ideas come from for Adults and children ????
