Maybe he is.  It's a school for the disabled.  I wonder if a portion of them are mentally/emotionally disabled.

Un-effing-believable.

The so-called "matron" on board this bus told the victim -- before she'd been dumped out the back of the bus by the punk perp -- to move to the back of the bus to get out of the way of someone else who was spitting on her and throwing books at her.

It would appear that this "matron" is about as effective as a fart in a hurricane.

Why have somebody like that on the bus if they can't take immediate action to shut shit like that down before it escalates?  :argh:
