Happy Birthday to OLDcoastie
« on: March 09, 2013, 09:41:00 AM »
Now that we are both old farts we sure are active - last time we talked was something like this ...

Don't you wish......

Anyway;

yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery - today is a gift- that's why it's called the "present"

Thanks, all. I neither expected nor wanted any birthday stuff. It's just another day now.

Going to Wisconsin tomorrow. We're supposed to get some rain here, but up there it's supposed to be about 3". Glub-glub. Where's a Coastie when you need one?  :-)

Thanks, everyone. Like I said, it was just another day in the life of an old fart.

I believe my computer will have to go into the shop. I can't get it to operate at the warp speed it had 3 days ago. And it locks up on internet sites. So, I'll be relegated to my laptop, which is also getting very old.

No. Something else, probably some undected virus according to my computer fixer-upper.

The internet would load R-E-A-L-L-Y slow (about 30 seconds), the site loading clock movements got slower and slower and would sometimes just stop accepting iny input from me, and after each time I input anything on a site all would freeze up and a box would tell me that the internet was not responding.

My laptop and my wife's laptop work just fine.

So into the shop it went this morning.
