So, they have been legally defined as what the rest of us already knew what they were.  The question remains, are they now enemies of humanity and subject to being shot on sight?  Once you have crossed the legal threshold of piracy (and it appears they have), aren't you subject to the same treatment on the high seas as those Somali assholes?

Meanwhile, some DUmmy compares the court ruling to the Dred Scott case, a second DUmmy who believes whales are smarter than liberals (most likely), and one lone DUmmy standing against the mob.  He must not be a fan of the show.

I've wrung more salty water out of my jockstrap than those ****er will ever sail over, and frankly, from what little I've watched of their shows, you couldn't pay me enough to step foot on that deathtrap of a ship.

If they've been determined to be Pirates...then doesn't that give any fishing/whaling boat they attack the right to repel boarders by any means necessary?
