Cross examination now on.   This has a fascinating concept that makes me understand the reason why humans went to watch and bet on those facing life or death in the Roman rings.

Instead of physical blood bath, this is a battle of the wits.   Those that watch this each becomes a juror 13 have different ideas and those of us that enjoy mystery novels or true life story's of blood and gore.

My scenario is , the boyfriend was not chasing HER, she was chasing him, it was he running for the front door trying to escape her.

She says after sex they stripped the sheets from the bed.   I believe she stripped the bed in order to move his body from the hall back into the bathroom.   A technique used to make up a bed without removing a person from a bed, or someplaces called the Firemans drag.  She used the sheets to drag him into the shower
and turned on the water to wash off the blood from the sheets  then dragged the sheets to the washer accidentally catching hold of the camera in the mess and that is how the camera ended up in the washer.

Not likely a shot in the head would cause all that blood, she had to have chased him stabbing him down the hall to get her palm print on the wall.

I wonder where the shell casing was found, anyone watching this trial, do you have any other ideas on how  this woman could have caused all this carnage ????

Time line is important, can anyone really be a threat to another after being shot in the head ??? 

After following the  OJ and Casey case and they being found innocent, I cannot imagine what THIS Jury will determine.

I believe I have finally figured out the defence method of action.

First, the Defence knows that Jodi's testimony will be surprising to the jury, shocking all the sex talk. 

She gets on the stand a young woman for 2 weeks talking about mostly their sex acts all prim and proper and after all these story's it begins to look like this is just two adults exploring their sexuality.

The jury and us viewers are now numbed to this young woman as she retells their sex life like it is just as normal as a feel up.   

She does admit she was into anal sex with others before she met the man she killed but now she is trying to make Travis to be a sex monster for wanting it.  Looks like it was she that introduced Travis to anal sex by buying KY  that he had no idea of, or would buy himself.

The more her defence questions her on their sex life and the matter of fact way she goes into it, the less strange it becomes.

Questions from the 13 juror,   

Did they actually have bondage sex as she says, or did he turn her down standing there with her KY in hand??

Why did Travis take a shower after sex but she put on her clothes and not herself take a shower ??

Why did they strip the bed, was this was a every time occurrence after sex ?? 

Did Travis finally tell her to get lost he was looking for a wife and not a booty call ?

Did she become enraged when he turned her down, did Travis jump out of the shower after she stabbed him and run for the front door leaving his blood all over the walls in the hall ??

Did Jodi chase Him down stabbing him in the back leaving her hand print on the wall in his blood ??

When he fell did she slit his throat and use the sheets off his bed to drag him back into the bathroom, get him in the shower, see that he was not dead enough so then shot him in the head?????

Jobi tried to clean up, did she drag the sheets to the washer accidentally catching the camera and through them in the washer with out noting the camera was mixed in with the sheets ????

Turn this up side down ---a 30 year old man that did this to a long time lover that finds his lover wants to move on with their life.      Put Jodi's words in his mouth, admit he is a liar to everyone, tries to cover up the killing, spends 2 weeks on the stand talking about unusual sex habits she led him into.

Just because she is female does not make her any less then a monster then a male.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

In my small town there have been several cases of women(girlfriends) killing a man for dumping them.

Us men are more accustomed to being dumped or rejected but women just can't fathom that they are being rejected....it just doesn't compute that what they have to offer can be turned down by a man.
