So, Obama calls up the EPA and tells them to pass regulations that will shut down coal fired plants......and then he calls the Immigration and Naturalization people and tells them to not deport illegal aliens.....do any of those count as EO's?.....no, I didn't think so.....they're even worse, they're underhanded EO's.
