...that women would be treated like second-class citizens in the workplace.  And they were right.

White House Spokesman Jay Carney Sneers at Female Reporter; ‘I know you are just filling in’

During his press conference today White House spokesman Jay Carney sneered at a black female CNN reporter.

The reporter reminded Carney about sequester being an idea that came out of the White House. Carney sneered, “I know you’re filling in…”

It’s not clear why Carney would be so upset with this comment.  After all, he admitted last week that the sequester was put forth by the White House.
