I'm talking about the ones who have autographed pictures in their offices, the "Bush can do no wrong even when he's wrong" types.I ran into some ex-coworkers at lunch today who work for such a person. Work is slow for them, they're not getting many hours, they have to pay for almost all of their health insurance now and as every good republican boss does since he can't outsource people he needs locally, he's cut each person's wages by $1.50 an hour because he knows they can't find work elsewhere or it would be very difficult. All this while he and his trophy wife are building themselves a house three times the size of the house where they raised their kids who are now grown and gone. The crew said he's nice enough to get them to do work on it from time to time
This whole post is such bs.Most of the Repubs I know are blaming the Demo Congress! :tongue:KC
There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
I believe we're calling this a "stretchy" instead of a "bouncy" now, as per Frank.
