Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

And you can always count on Google to commemorate what matters

Quote
(from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diego_Vel%C3%A1zquez) Diego Rodríguez de Silva y Velázquez (June 6, 1599 – August 6, 1660), commonly referred to as Diego Velázquez, was a Spanish painter who was the leading artist in the court of King Philip IV. He was an individualistic artist of the contemporary baroque period, important as a portrait artist. In addition to numerous renditions of scenes of historical and cultural significance, he painted scores of portraits of the Spanish royal family, other notable European figures, and commoners, culminating in the production of his masterpiece Las Meninas (1656).

Apparently so, by Google, Fox News, CNN, etc.  :censored:

....but a website I read on a daily basis, owned by Neal Boortz, is remembering it:

NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
