Former House Republican Leader Tom DeLay (Texas) called Barack Obama a "Marxist" on the Mike Gallagher radio show Thursday.

Explaining that Obama clinching the Democratic nomination is a good thing for John McCain, DeLay said Obama's "weakness" is that "nobody knows him."

"And if McCain does not define him as what he is — hey, I have said publicly, and I will again, that unless he proves me wrong, he is a Marxist," DeLay said.

The radio host agreed with DeLay, who is facing money laundering charges, saying Obama is "desperately trying to cover up what seems to be the kind of old school Marxist radical liberal failed ideology."

"Absolutely," DeLay said. "No doubt about it."

Perfect example of the childish viewpoints of your average liberal.  There's no consideration whatsoever that the way to make a better life for yourself and your children, grandchildren, etc... is through hard work, self-sacrifice, and self reliance.  To them, the way to make things better is for gov't to take from some to give to others.  That's Marxism in a nutshell, and it will always fail.  It'll last a while in a free democracy, and it'll last a little longer under an iron-fisted dictatorship, but eventually it will fail.  That's not even up for debate.

Marxism is actually Hussein's RELIGION. Do a Google search of "Black Liberation Theology". It's just Marxism with enough Christianity sprinkled-in to make it marketable.

I find it strange that no matter how many times it's failed, DUmmies, always believing in their intellectual superiority, think that THEY can make it work.

I definitely agree w/that.  It blows my mind that it is looking like he will be our next prez. I hope someone can convince me I am wrong. I want to be wrong.
