He's supposed to be a southpaw (not to be confused with leftist).  The southpaws that I know wore their watch on their right arm.  I know he claims to be athletic, but that would just add another reason to put the watch on his right arm.  To me, this is just another photo of him that asks more questions than it answers.

I'm left-handed and wear my watch on my left arm - I don't, however, claim to be athletic.
