Senate confirms John Kerry nomination for State Dept.

The Senate overwhelmingly confirmed President Barack Obama's choice of five-term Sen. John Kerry to be Secretary of State, with Republicans and Democrats praising him as the ideal successor to Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The vote Tuesday was 94-3. One senator - Kerry - voted present and accepted congratulations from colleagues on the Senate floor. The roll call came just hours after the Senate Foreign Relations Committee unanimously approved the man who has led the panel for the past four years.

He is almost as much of a disgrace to America as the Clinton's and MAObama and Schumer and Pelosi and etc etc etc.

But the real disgrace are all the "Republicans" who nodded him through the gate!

Put him through and give Scott Brown a crack at Kerry's senate seat.  I don't think it was likely that we'd get a better choice of Secretary of State from Obama.

I wouldn't count on the MSM letting them be branded as ****-ups, but I'm sure Obingo, Jay Cornhole, and company will be delighted to throw John F'in' Kerry under the bus in the unlikely event they do.
