The closest I've come to lifting 200 pounds is 192 pounds.

When my brother and I, along with a few other farmers, were big into local tractor pulling back in the 80's, we would move weights from one tractor to another to make weight for that class.  This meant shifting 72 and 96 pounds "suitcase" weights, and 150 pound wheel weights from one tractor to another.  Looked like a "Chinese fire drill", only with tractor weights.

I was the only one that could life 2 of the 96 pound suitcase weights at one time.   :-)

My little brother could move one of the 96 pounders, but he only has one arm.    :whatever:

She was able to lift her own 200 lbs of dead weight with a rope and pully when she was mountain climbing as a teenager.

i.e. he says he has a friend who can deadlift 275. I am guessing that's her max. The WR for a LOWER weight class is by an 18 year old, and it was 302.

I have no idea how tall Nads really is, but being four foot seven, I struggle with 50 lbs. That is a bag of dirt, on a good day. I can't imagine her carry four bags of 50 lbs bags.
