3. the sheriff is not breaking any laws. the feds cannot order the states to enforce fed laws


the feds will need to use feds to enforce federal law they cant tell the states to do it

instead of crazed gunmen killing theater goers and young school children they were gunning down scores of police, republicans and their supporters?
 
It is seemingly only the innocent which have to die at the hands of bastards with assault rifles (weapons of mass destruction) and the right wing continue to duck their moral (yeah, I kn know...they don't have any) responsibility by admitting that they have created this problem: the proliferation of weapons never imagined by the writers of the second amendment.
 
BTW: I am in now way advocating for the injury or deaths of any sheriff, police officer, republicans or their followers, and it was only to illustrate a point.

Being a sanctuary city for illegals is cool but standing up for the law of the land is not? Same for pot laws.

The DUches are losing IQ points at an accelerating rate and they didn't start out with more than 80.

Gunmen generally don't attack police because they know the police can shoot back.  Unless somebody is trying for suicide by cop they shoot people who have the least likelihood of shooting back.

Actually, the FEDS painted themselves into a corner in their fight over AZ SB 1070. Their position before the Court was that the state and local cops had no legal jurisdiction to enforce Federal Law.

Any state or local LEO who refuses to comply with a gun confiscation order and is arrested or otherwise impacted should base his trial defense on that fact alone.

I'd love to see that trail when they try and force the locals to enforce Federal laws when for years the lefts been doing everything they can to stop it from going on when the locals round up illegals.

Yeah, right.  Get it through your heads numb skull.  Platoons of soldiers aren't going to go into Linn County or anywhere else and arrest the sheriff.  You start trying that and the military will evaporate, with many soldiers taking their gear with them.  Planes and drones will be sabotaged by those on the way out, and a bunch of other secure equipment will be lost or destroyed.  A sizable number of the people you think you can order around won't put up with it, and they'll vanish like ghosts in the night. 

Who is going to man those empty positions?  You?  Don't make me laugh, you wouldn't last three days in the "easy" basic training course I went through.  If they get filled, it'll be gangbangers from the black and latin gangs.  You'll wish for the days when you only had us to worry about when those days come.
