The suspects, whose names were withheld by police because of their age, were charged with second-degree gang assault, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Seriously. There is no value in them. Turn them over to the people that made them that way or let them be that way?
Hopefully the ganglife will take them out of circulation soon. I feel really bad that that mom and her child had to be a part of these thugs fun.
