I remember those days back in Nebraska!!

Problem with being down south, 18 is bitter cold for here. We rarely get weather that cold, and we are cold weather wusses.  :panic:

Going down to 7 degrees tomorrow night.  We just got a dusting of snow...I it's going to be around 8 degrees tonight...  I've got my fuzzy slippers on and my fuzzy blanket.  One of my shows just ended and I'm taking a break here, but Being Human is recording now, so I'm giving it some time so I can skip through the commercials...

Ewe...stay warm everyone up north...January and February are our coldest months around here.  This weather really sucks, but at least it'll kill off some bugs.

Chris, it's not ruined...use the White Vinegar like I said...it will take the cat urine out completely.  This is what you do... take about 1 cup of white vinegar only and run the jacket through the hottest wash cycle...  Don't add any detergent on the first wash.  Let that cycle finish and then run the jacket through another cycle with detergent and softner.  That should take it all out, but if it doesn't...repeat the process again.  It will fix the problem.  I know, I have five cats and on occasion if one gets sick, they do go where they're not suppose to.  It will work.  :)

Remember that 8-12 inches of snow we were supposed to get last night and this morning?

SURPRISE!!!

You could have dusted off the driveway with a leaf this morning.  It's also sunshine and minimal clouds.

I saw these temps moving east last week.  Knew they'd hit sometime this week.  I've cancelled my appts today...I ain't goin outside in this kind of crap if I don't have to.  I can already feel the temp in the house dropping even though I've got the heat set at 72.  I cranked up the humidifier on the furnace too, that helped some.

Winds are coming in this afternoon and temps will be going down. But it's ok cause I don't have to work tonight and can stay home bundled under the blankies with the fireplace!  :yahoo:
