To decipher nadinese, you have to remember a few key points:
1. What she is saying may not make any sense, but it tend to incorporate a lot of phrases she read somewhere that did, and she lards down her posts with these phrases under the delusion that it makes her sound more erudite and educated (Which would work a lot better if she could get them right, of course);
2. Her supposed Hispanic education and upbringing doesn't have all that much effect on her crappy writing, the way she says things makes even less sense in Spanish than it does in English; I suspect her parents weren't super-fluent themselves and so it was not her at-home language;
3. In addition to her abominable spelling and grammar, she randomly omits important words, especially in those phrases mentioned in Number 1;
4. Her use of 'Them' signifies that she is mocking the uneducated unwashed masses for either something they might say or for just not being among the cognoscenti like herself. It's intended to be condescendingly folksy to convey her intellectual contempt for whatever follows, and so naturally as snark it may be a complete turnaround from the preceding material in the post, paragraph, or sentence, but unfortunately for her, he writing is so abysmally bad that many readers just assume the 'Them' is yet another in a long series of grammar and spelling faults, and miss the turn to snark.
5. It helps to be well-read in understanding Nadin, not because what she writes is actually intelligent (Oh, far from it!), but in order to pick up on the many borrowed phrases mentioned in Number 1 so you can realize what she was actually trying to say before she put them through the word scrambler.
