I've never seen a more affectionate dog, absolutely eager to please. And smart.

It took her less than a week to figure out the doggie door (she was afraid of it initially) and she's going to be an equally quick study with the treadmill.

As of 12:45 p.m. central time, many hours before the "day" here ends at 3:00 a.m. central time, we've had 280 comments; a pretty good clip.   The daily average is 553, and we're sure to hit that, no problem.

We're currently 692 short of one million.
