June 3, 2008 -- There was bad news yesterday for the notorious Upper East Side spin-class grunter - a Manhattan jury decided that he lies like a gym mat.

After a day and a half of deliberations, jurors voted not guilty in the flaky fitness fracas that pit two Wall Streeters on exercise bikes against each other last August in a violent battle of wheels.

The jurors cleared of all charges the berserk stock broker who admittedly leapt off his cycle to silence the shouting, grunting, whooping hedge-fund partner two bikes down.

Christopher Carter, 44, had admittedly hoisted hedge-funder Stuart Sugarman, 48, off his front wheel, then dropped both Sugarman and the bike to the ground.

I imagine the rest of the class loudly whooped and screamed when he picked up that irritating twit and threw him on the floor.  High five for common sense on that jury!
