This one is 100% the fault of liberal policies. The guy was in prison for killing his grandmother with a hammer. The liberal circle-jerk parole board thought he was rehabilitated. Bullshit. Prisoners can't be rehabilitated. Prison is for punishment.

The guy should have been executed years ago.

I was catching some of this B4 I had to go to work. I just got home. His sister was missing? Did/will they find her in the ashes? I bet the mainstream won't pick up on this one! BSS and I should pay attention. It was only on local news B4 I left for work.

Thankfully, I'm in Webster only once or twice a year.  Nice place, though.  

That's the Parole Boards in NYS for ya, though.

andhe, he's chomping at the bit for it.  Even though the Washington Post said that it doesn't work, he still wants to do it.  We had a murder/suicide over the weekend east of here, in Schaghticoke, where the assailant used an AR-15, supposedly.  It was a 37-year-old guy who shot a 24-year-old guy who had just started seeing his estranged girlfriend /wife (can't remember which).

Let's hear again how gun control more guns control laws doesn't work. are needed.

The justice system allowed this convicted murderer to be released so he could murder two innocent fire fighters, instead of executing his ass years ago. If anything, we need to ensure that people like this never see freedom again. Better yet, execute them!

IIRC, she's facing 10 years for the 'straw man' purchase alone.  She should get it--at Clinton Correctional Facility in Franklin County of NY.

The thing is with that is that it's a Federal offense to do a 'straw man' purchase.
