Shrug my mother is a terrific cook and I have nice teeth too. Hers are kinda peggish though but well cared for. I don't know whose teeth I got because mine are perfectly straight and my mothers are peg like and my dads are kinda crooked. Everyone thinks I wore braces and I never did.
Maybe the exception proves the rule.

British dental alignment is as legendary as French body odor.

It's just odd since mine don't have that 'shape'. Probably it the good solid German teeth on my dads side and benefitted from having my wisdom teeth removed that kept them from crowding and getting crooked. I don't know that my dad had his removed so that could account for his being crooked. My kind for the shift going in with the teeth now as she ages too. Still a lovely lady though. She has nice skin that benefitted from years of grey skies in her youth;)

Personally, I've decided to just have one of my regular meals for Christmas.

I'll be having a small bowl of ciorbă de burtă as a starter.

The main course, which I love, will be Moules à la crème. Some may not find it acceptable, but I'll be having a bit of sirenje with the main course.

For desert I'll be having Put chai ko.

You know, I started laughing at this post yesterday, remembering it.  So I K&R'd it.   :-)

Also, I was feeling sorry for whoever was having breakfast with NRaleighlib.  Sweet potato pancakes?  That's it?  That's barely a step up from what Scarlett was digging in the dirt for.  No protein to be seen, and pouring champagne on top of that.  I could see family fistfights.
