Seismic shift people. No wonder some folks are not happy here.

I don't think anyone here owns an assault riffle.

On the other hand, DUmpmonkeys think any riffle that's all-black is an assault riffle.

Last week, the front page of the New York Post was a big photo of a guy about to be run over by a subway train.

Now it's riffles. Seismic riffles, people.

Also, riffles have ridges.

At least the crazy bald dwarf didn't plagiarize this post. It's written in her usual semi-literate style.

Do you suppose she has us on "ignore"?

Did she roll off the couch again?
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Yeah, Seismic shift. A co-worker went to Ponderosa Trading Co. down in BFE Waynesboro, Ga. yesterday for lunch. They have the cheapest prices around. At lunch, he said the place was PACKED with people buying firearms. Even had a few cops in there buying firearms. This place is in the middle of nowhere, and it's packed, at lunchtime, on a week day. What does that tell you about your "seismic shift", Nads, you fat, little troll? It's a shift, alright. People are arming themselves to the T.
NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

A New York paper called for the banning of assault rifles and that somehow translates into a "seismic shift"?  Words fail me, they truly do...

 :whatever:
"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

John C Calhoun, "Disquisition on Government", 1840

A certain New York paper was all for gun confiscation but they were for everything that Hitler and Stalin did.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Above, riffle passed while crossing the Rubik's Cube. The stones make it extra crunchy.

I think I see a tipping point in there somewhere among the riffles.

Of course. It's the tall rock just right of center.  :-)
