Manager Harman Wilson says the night is meant to complement the club's other theme nights, such as Fat Tuesday, Karaoke Wednesday or Thirsty Thursday.

Wilson says patrons will not be able to use their food stamps to buy alcoholic beverages. He says he hopes the novel approach will draw people to the club.

Human Resources Department spokesman Barry Sparks says the department does not approve of the promotion. He says food assistance benefits are meant to provide nourishment for hungry families.

No I believe they are doing a public service, for tax deductibles, giving out free Flue Shots or for those that have their shots perhaps Jello shots.

Waiting for the night clubs in the States that legalise pot to hand out free joints to those with a medical card.

Back to the days of the Speak Easy and the  peep hole in the door.    I am waiting for the return of the Chinese Opium's dens, yes I have heard this is a new fad today.

Well, all discussion groups need one Vesta or Nads but never at the same time.  Like in the land of the blind the one eyed man is King. 

Occasionally along comes someone with some sight and and it makes no sense to the blind. then the King does not fear them.

Vesta and Nads are like the Village Idiots and safe from prosecution, but when they speak a very rare truth, they have to go back to being a nut case so they escape the one eye of the King.

Is better to be thought as a harm less fool then a danger to someone else.
