I really don't give a damn what video games he was playing and when.  Why is this so important?  We get it, there are violent video games out there... but if those were the reason for violence, we would have a lot more mass shootings in this country.

I am not blaming video games in any way. Possibly he could of been playing with others and perhaps he raised some red flags. His computer was damaged and perhaps they could subpoena the ISP and see what website he visited.

I play Grand Theft Auto and can separate the game from reality.  I just find the video game excuse just as dumb as blaming the gun.

We knew it was only a matter of time before some scum sucking lawyer jumped on this.  Maybe this lawsuit will be an impetus for armed guards in all schools, something the left doesn't want.

The child is alive.  That to me means the parents of the deceased children are FAR more distressed, yet I don't see any of them suing the state for $100 Mil.
