Who let the dogs out? The Judge did. A Palm Beach Gardens, Florida man and his mother have been banned from owning animals after the 18 year old was found to have made a movie with a German Shepherd. It was NOT Lassie goes home!
The Palm Beach Gardens man who was 17 at the time of the crime was found guilty by a judge of bestiality with his mothers German Shepherd, as a result the man, who is 18 now and his mother, who is a public school science teacher were forced to give up the two dogs and two cats which lived in the home.

The woman and her son are further barred from owning pets in the future by decree of the judge. Judge Frank Castor has ordered the duo to jointly pay the county $1,848 for the upkeep of the animals which will be placed for adoption.
