the parrots are going nuts, it is Thanksgiving, except that Hubby is working.

Yes, I am glad there is a job, but remember folks, it is not just Retail workers who were called to work. For the first time since I remember plant workers are manning the plant at the USPS... and it makes me wonder, since they have never been required, well except the let's keep the lights on volunteer crew, to work on Thanksgiving.

This soon will spread to other jobs.

Some make sense, like if you work at a news department, or a hospital or emergency services... but this does not.

Just a thought.

(Oh and yes the hungry beaks are not happy. they want some duck NOW, and it will take still hours to roast)

Ok, So I guess that Wal Mart protest she was yapping about really wasn't that big an event after all. She really needs to STFU.

Duck takes hours to roast?  Yeah, not really.  I did the turkey in just under 3 hours.  18-pounder.

And didn't spend it alone.  Yay me.
