This is unbelievably sad for one clear reason.

The ones who will hurt are the ones who work. The unemployable, the DUmmies, the leeches, all will continue to get their freebies right up until the whole thing gets shitcanned.

Nobody feels the sting of being out of work if we keep giving them extensions to unemployment and a steady stream of foodstamps.

Do you mean a potential renter, or a potential employee?  For the renter, they will ask you, "do you take social services?"  for which the answer is "NO." followed by a dialtone.

Some DUmmie dude was trying to talk my husband into one the apartments, using the section 8.  "Come on, man!  The government will pay for any damages!"  Husband nearly drop kicked the dude.  This is our freaking home, and a part of American history.  Some DUmmy going come in and trash it?  Cook up meth?  Don't think so.

I don't know about a potential employee.  Clues might be found on their inevitable dopey facebook page.
