They did it because they wanted to manipulate you and make sure that you were excited enough to go out and vote. Maybe you understand why they lied, but it should be clear to you by now, that they did indeed lie to you.
 
They lie to you about other things as well. They definitely lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. They are lying to you about climate change. And they constantly lie to you about the income distribution of the tax cuts they propose.
 
The biggest lies they tell, though, are about us - the liberals. The truth is this:
 
We believe in hard work, and that it would be best if every able-bodied working age person had a job.
 
We believe in families; strong families make a strong America.

We believe in the freedom of religion. We would never support a candidate who was openly hostile to Christianity (or Judaism, or Islam, etc.).
 
We believe in success. Most of us do not favor punitive tax rates for the rich; we just think that middle class and working class families should get extra breaks on their taxes that the rich do not need.
 
We believe in free enterprise capitalism (well, most of us). Capitalism works through competition, and competition fails when big businesses are allowed to run roughshod over smaller businesses and workers. That's why we favor regulated capitalism instead of a Wild West free-for-all.
 
Most of all, we believe in America. We love this country and we strive to make it better. We may not always be right about everything, but we are motivated by our love of the country and its people - ALL of its people.
 
We are your friends and your neighbors. We have jobs, kids, mortgages, bills, honey-do lists, and headaches just the same as you. We aren't the monsters Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck told you we were.

One BIG problem, dawg primitive:  Your past betrays you.

I personally know thousands of liberals and the overwhelming majority of them do not fit the description you draw.  We have documented thread after thread from Skin's island where you and your fellow primitives have shown yourself to be the opposite of your description.  Your actions have spoken.

In fact, the images that have been drawn of you are quite accurate which is why so many people are in agreement.  We were in agreement about how anti-American, anti-family, anti-religion, anti-hard work, and anti-capitalism liberals are long before Rush Limbaugh or Glen Beck or Ronald Reagan came along.  You have a minimum 50 years history of being exactly how we describe you.

Dawg, no you don't.  You attack Christianity and Judaism with a special venom and you know it.  You have done so since the Jacobins in France.  You don't support strong families when you tailor policies specifically designed to tear them apart or make sure they never form to begin with, you are the party of abortions and single mothers.  You repeatedly state that you think the rich should have all of their wealth confiscated, and you act as if you break out in hives when peole mention work to you.  No, you aren't anything like you say you are.

I just do not see how things can get economically better when last night the producers of the country were told to **** off. A good percentage of the producers will give up. Small companies across the nation are going to shutdown. Big business does not make jobs, they shed jobs when many small businesses are acquired and redundancy layoffs happen.  IF any of us thought there was a capital strike in the last four years get ready for a capital stampede to more friendly areas, like communist China.

'Dawg'...The only reason you were able to get all that out is because you were typing into the computer. I have a feeling if you were saying it you would have shown all the common tells of someone who is lying (nodding no when you say yes, etc.) You and yours do NOT believe in any of the things you just said. You just believe in what you can get from the government.
