This stuff worries me, these shooting at factorys and plants.
Because of the economy businesses are hiring Temp workers. Much like subcontractors to Government workers or even state jobs.
Now I have had my dealing with the temp workers, they apply at their agency, take a so called piss test and sent out to work.
Hard to believe these people that come in and cannot speak one word in english, try to communicate wih them, impossible. Some of the workers are only 14 years old for the love of God, scared to death and I was told all were over 18 years old. . As a line lead I could complain about this up and down only to have my supervisiors tell me that the Agency only send english speaking people , of age and and drug free.-----Right------ So much back up for me. All kinds of fun goes on with the temp workers, we had a bunch sent up from Mass. that were gang members. Then a few hookers that were down on their luck, didn't last long as they were not use to standing on their feet for 8 hours, they left to work on their backs.
Bothers me that so may companys hire these temps from an agency that sends them those that are drug addicted or totaly nuts.
Those with full time jobs have no idea who they are working with. Had one Temp that was a child molester . a co worker found them on the internet , printed out the info, and taped the info all over the plant. The man went nuts and sued the company for harrasment.
Surprises me that we do not have more work place violence today.
