If Obama wins...

If our President wins a second term today, are you prepared for the possibility........

that we may be facing a truly major right-wing backlash?

This has had me concerned for some time, ever since I watched the Tea Party movement form in '09 shortly after Obama won his first term. They were one of the biggest catalysts for the horrendous amount of hatred that's been thrown towards our President over the past few years, along with Rushbo, Glenn Dreck, etc., and it's gotten worse every passing year.

I am truly concerned that we may end up having to deal with a nasty mix of '50s hysteria, the Klan attacks of the '60s, and all the worst of the militia and/or white nationalist actions of the '80s & '90s, combined, and then multiplied.

I know it may not happen, but we may need to prepare for the worst........

And for those of you who can make it to the voting lines; don't let anyone intimidate you. Let nothing stop you to put our President in office for a well-deserved second term.

1. It would be no different than what we have already experienced.

My President (Obama) is not worried, so nope I am not worried either.

Yes.

If there's any trouble I'm sure his will be a Benghazi-like response follwed by a Sandy-like effort.

16. They might just start using the N-word.

Instead of dancing around it with "Kenyan Muslim" and all that other shit. We all know what they desperately wish they could say.

He's right. Admit it.

If it had been BernieSandersCare we would have totally gone along with it.

10. They will drum up a reason

To impeach him, just like the Republics did to Clinton.

The name Tyrone Woods -- who was not born from an illicit tryst between Tiger Woods and a Las Vegas waitress -- comes to mind.

We didn't need to go looking for a reason to impeach clinton, he handed it to us on a silver platter.

clinton lied under oath.

If Dear Leader wins I'm going to watch you fools cry about high unemployment, high gas prices, high food prices, and uber inflation until 2016.  It will be all Dear Leader's fault, but predictably you'll blame Republicans/conservatives/anybody but yourselves.

The question then becomes if the people continue to allow lib political policies to bury the country, or will there be so many on the gov't dole by that time that they're too scared not to keep voting themselves money.  We may already be at that tipping point.

Well said, and this is what scares the ever loving dog droppings out of me. If Bama gets another one, I really fear that the American people are collectively dumber than I ever wanted to believe. All we as a people must do is open our eyes to what has happened the last 4 years; to what Joe Biden HIMSELF has said has happened the last 4 years.

What more does one need?

According to the internals of yesterday's CNN poll 5% of Democrats will vote for Romney. Via Rush.

And like a Democrat is going to tell CNN they are voting for Romney.  I'm surprised 5% would admit to it.

If its any consolation some of us have taken it during a difficult transition and my son still gets help via a Medicaid waiver for autism. I vote conservative everyone because I see a difference between support for temporary assistance or long term for those who truly can never work to a substance level by no fault of their own(ie severe mental disabilities and such not the made up shot on du) versus seeking substance to support lifetime laziness and bad habits. In this economy it's important to remember not everyone accepting assurance now wants to long term. It all depends on of those folks can differentiate between the two as well instead of buying into the all conservatives hate people on assistance meme. It's important they connect the dots of their economic spiral down to the current sitting president and his link to the failed policies that brought us here both now and how he supported policies in the last 20 years that brought about the financial pitfalls. Jus a few thoughts on that.

I don't have a problem with the truly needy. Actually my concerns aren't about the needy at all.

The situation that we are fast approaching is the inability to stop the 47% from controlling politics forever. It's no difference than Congress voting themselves a raise. When the entitled class reach 51%, what's going to stop them from voting to keep their free money coming in? It can't be stopped at the ballot box.

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Tucker you don't have to preface that my friend. I understand what you are saying and conservatives have no need to explain they care about truly needy: i know it since I'm one of those  however the issue is whether other Americans who accept assistance understand that as well. Do they recognize that the right does not begrudge temporary assistance or do they believe the class warfare lies. To me that's where we find out If we are at the tipping point or not. If most folks realize conservatives are speaking to the abuses and want people off of assistance because it's. A sign of a thriving economy then we win IMO. If hey believe the lies of the left or decide they want the mediocrity of troubled times then we lose and you are right; we are indeed at the tipping point and I give this nation 50 more years tops before it collapses under its own weight. Tonight decides it IMO.
