I wanted to see if that was real so I went to ebay and look what I found!!!!!!!!!
http://cgi.ebay.com/VELVET-PAINTING-of-KARL-ROVE-Rove-On-Black-Velvet_W0QQitemZ260173358710QQihZ016QQcategoryZ4103QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247

I would buy it if it wasn't $200!

I gotta get that.  It will look good next to my Dogs playing pool one.

Anyone can make a citizens arrest, It's one of our Constitutional rights. But good luck getting any law officer to arrest that person on your behalf. There's this little stumbling block for Liberals on the way to the Hague called "evidence". Seems you need some of that these days to convict anyone.

Interesting take on the issue.  What Article or Amendment of the COTUS do you think supports the claim?
The Ninth Amendment.

"A strong argument can be made that the right to make a citizen's arrest is a constitutionally protected right under the Ninth Amendment as its impact includes the individual's natural right to self preservation and the defense of others".
States have their own views concerning citizens right of arrest so there's probably 57 different laws. (Little Barack humor there)  :-)

Their reading "habits" are knee-jerk.  If I could keep from throwing up after every lie I wrote, I could create a left-oriented book and completely clean up.

Some people probably already have done this.  All you need to do is surf FU...  er... DU and DailyKos, write down all the popular memes and write some fiction to go along with it, and sell it as a hard-hitting, fact-based indictment of the Bush Administration.
