Has the national psyche become that warped/crazy/insane? Are we that far out on a limb?
Health care debate could have gone in any number of directions, but this is where we've gone?

You cannot nor do you care to argue facts. You cannot nor do you care to face reality. You cannot nor do you want to give up your belief that 1 + 1 = potato is arithmetic.

So all that is left for you to do is to appeal to the most disgusting and depraved sort of emotional propaganda.
