Oh, dear. Moveon.org, LITERALLY, "freaking out"

Just got my Movon.org notice from Robin. Read for yourself:

Dear MoveOn member,

I'm freaking out. Despite President Obama and Vice President Biden dominating the past few debates, the race is still incredibly close.

Just check out this model of national polls by the Huffington Post:

It's scary. And I'm not sleeping much any more. This whole election is coming down to which side can turn out the most voters. And the only thought that helps me fall asleep—rather than staying up worrying—is that I know I can count on MoveOn members like you, right now, to step up and help us win.

We're making election calls to fellow MoveOn members in swing states and key districts and asking them to volunteer to make sure voters get to the polls. Can you join us?
Yes, I can make some calls.

Thanks for all you do.

–Robin, Amy, Milan, Ryan, and the rest of the team

I wish I had time so I could volunteer and call all the dupes to ask why they are voting for an imbecile like Obama on Moveon.org's dime. But I'm above that.

No, she was asking for volunteers to call people to solicit Obummer's vote. It's very stupid, frankly, to do this for the very reason I posed with regard to commandeering the message and actually promoting Romney (or trashing Obama), using the contact resources provided by Moveon.

Indeed, I believe the Obama administration tried the same tactic, but has severely curtailed it because of that obvious lack of foresight.

But the "freaking out" part is notable because it is the FIRST admission that Obama will lose, or is losing, and showing fear, NOT anger. This indicates to me that getting in on voting for Romney at 12-1 (EDIT: More specifically, my English associate's bet, not mine) last March at Ladbrokes was a wise investment.

I'm still trying to figure out why the dems are so silent in my area of overwhelming democrats....Pennsylvania.

Usually the place is plastered with signs and bumper stickers before election. They also usually interrupt football games to talk politics.......if I even answer the door..... :lmao:

Are they going to stay home and play cards this election ?

I am still not sure what to consider it, urban renewal or pruning the gene pool. :-)

Waitaminute.

How can freaks (the moveon.org freaks) freak out?

These so-called critters defy the term "normal" and thus are freaks.

How can nouns become verbs?
