Oh no; they're more likely to be found in more congested, urban areas with shortened lines of sight.  4 power should be all you need to spot 'em clearly.

I think it was a company called "Scattergun Technologies" that had an "Urban Sniper Rifle" a few years ago.  It was a Remington 11-87 12 gauge with a 18" fully rifled barrel, and a 3-9x40 mm scope on it (Leupold?).  The literature on it claimed that most urban police sniper shots are 150 yards or less.  That thing would certainly do . . . ! :fuelfire:
