Be this me, I would double the money to $10,000,000 and put up a lottery. For every ticket sold for $1.00 a buyer would have to show proof they voted. All would have to be registered republicans to get into this prize pool.
If Obama wins they are out of the pool, but if Romney wins , then the people that bet 10-50 bucks for Romney get a take in the pool. Less one can loose is one dollar on 2, -------most big prize is $ 80,.000 cash tax free on the lottery.
Why the hell not, we know foreign country's are giving to Obama money to campaigner and benefit them if they win. so why not allow American citizens to also ?
Can go each way . Obama does the same way , but the election laws need to be changed that foreign country's money not allowed, only American money.
No $20,000,000 from Kenya or the Arab states, just make this an American election and keep the rest of the world out of it. Be it by lottery or vote, it is nor an easy idea that the election was won by money from an enemy country.
