all you folks who have never been to Alaska, need to make some plans!

Oh, believe me, I am.  My mother has been on 2 Alaskan cruises, and she has continually raved about how beautiful it is up there.

I'm looking at maybe going next year on a cruise with her, my grandmother, and several other family members. (A ladies' trip). :)

you will have a wonderful time, plan some nice side trips, flight seeing if you like to fly. I lived there eight years in Anchorage, and I have taken my husband on two cruises, once the inside passage, the second we did the inside passage then up to Fairbanks, Denali and back to Anchorage, that's where we were on 9-11-2001

I'm taking an Alaskan cruise with my wife and the winners of her company's "Round Table" this August. I'm not too hip to the idea, seeing as how I've spent SO much f'n time in Alaska already. 2 years ago I was in Maui. Now THAT was awesome.

Stayed out of most of Hurricane Alley I see (LOL)

Toronadoworld.

I've had plans to go to Ok. City, Omaha, and Bismark, ND for business, but they all fell through.  Somehow I've just cut the wheat belt out of having ever needed to go there.  Maybe someday.  I would like to see the Badlands of SD.

I spent a Texas lifetime badmouthing Oklahoma.  Now that my son lives in Norman and I have had a chance to see the state, I know it is quite beautiful.  The topography changes considerably when one goes north of the Red River.

Damn, I'm noticing a little southern bias there, Frank.  :-)

Those would be mine.  I'll be adding Idaho, and Montana to that in August.

A sheltered life for me!  :(

Never got much farther west than the Mississippi River. Been all over the East with the exception of Rhode Island.

One of the defining times of my life was a road trip from Delaware to New Orleans after my winter college graduation. Friends and I rented a Caddy.

Northward HO!

The last time a lady said that to me, I married her!

Just sayin'
