Visited States
« on: May 28, 2008, 07:18:07 PM »
What States have you visited*? Let's see "your" map CC!

*My rule of thumb was to count the States I lived in, worked in, vacationed in or visited family/friends in. Not counting the States I just drove through or spent one night in a Holiday Inn at, LOL.

NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

I really want to go, but the wife gets chill looking at a picture of a refrigerator, much less being in snow.

I want to take a summer cruise up there someday.

A sheltered life for me!  :(

Never got much farther west than the Mississippi River. Been all over the East with the exception of Rhode Island.

One of the defining times of my life was a road trip from Delaware to New Orleans after my winter college graduation. Friends and I rented a Caddy.
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Oh, believe me, I am.  My mother has been on 2 Alaskan cruises, and she has continually raved about how beautiful it is up there.

I'm looking at maybe going next year on a cruise with her, my grandmother, and several other family members. (A ladies' trip). :)

I spent 104 days in Fairbanks in '04, and about a month and a half there last year.
