I suspect that the DUmmies once again don't know squat about what actually transpired and their reaction was typically just the opposite of what actually happened.

That's usually an eminently reasonable assumption.

Mitt was good, Barry was better than last time, but every time they talked about O's record, Mitt was off the charts.

Obama sucked so bad last time that he needed to prove this time around that it was merely an off night.

He didn;t do that. He only proved he refined his presenting skills.

However, in material terms Rmoney has now shown twice that he is the better man. That solidifies the decision for the recent switchers and for those wanting to come over but not sure it showed that Rmoney's performance from 2 weeks ago was not a fluke.

PREDICTION: Even the D+9 polls will show Rmoney moving past 51 points and with it the avalanche begins as it becomes safe to abandon Obama and join the winning team.

I'm outta here.  Time to watch the debate (I DVR'ed it) and match the DUmps reaction to what actually transpired.

I suspect that the DUmmies once again don't know squat about what actually transpired and their reaction was typically just the opposite of what actually happened.

You'll find that DU reacted emotionally and not logically. Any wild haymaker swing from The One is cheered as a victory there - regardless if it actually connected.

Oh shoot I missed that part what happened?

Romney brought up the fact that oil leases were down like 24%, I think is what the number was, and the Bummer just turned his back on him after sayin' it wasn't true.

Romney gave freedom loving Americans every reason to vote for him.  Dear Leader gave citizens who want free handouts every reason to vote for him.  At this point, it's a matter of which side outnumbers the other.

Pretty much a draw as it unwound.
Given the clear favoritism of the moderator (surprise  ::) ) and the obviously slanted questions designed to get Governor Romney I do think the public in the next day or so will at worse yawn over it all and the momentum will continue.

I dunno, will have to wait 'till everyone digests this overnight.

Looked to me like Mitt kicked his ass, merely because Bummer doesn't have a damn thing in his record to run on, and it showed.

I am not in the least bit worried about how things settle.
Listening to Frank Luntz group now and think most voters have mostly made up their minds and nothing tonight will encourage them to change that.

I get the impression that Crowley overplayed her hand. Her job was to slant the debate for Lord Zero, but not so much that her bias becomes obvious to the common man. As people go to the web to read about her interruption involving terrorism, people are learning they have been had.

I will say it wasn't as painfully obvious as Mrs. Genachoswki was the other week.  She did a shit job of it or just couldn't pull it off.  Either way, it wasn't nearly as horrible as the Martha and Joe Treatment that Paul Ryan got.

When people wake up in the morning, gas will still be $4 a gallon, there will be 23 million people out of work, food will still be high, and the overall economy will still stink.  There's not enough "Give me another chance and I'll do better" to make that go away for reasonable people.
