How will you change your life if Mitt "wins?"
I have been thinking of this for some time. We will likely take retirement sooner rather than later - and with less than we planned - so as to get something, because after paying into Social Security for 40+ years, we better get it now. Mitt and Ayn Rand Ryan will destroy it as soon as possible, and that includes those at 55, or even 60. Those under that will have nothing when they are done with that. For younger people, or women who hope to control their bodies, or gay couples who hope for equity, I cannot imagine what will come.

At any rate, we will accelerate plans. What about you?

I'm thinking of it anyway but I would for sure and much sooner if Ronmney wins.

He would be in for a shock moving the France. There's sections that only muslims can enter.

I never referred to missions as "get more stuff." You should attempt to communicate more clearly. It's important in the military.

Now some DUmmy logistics.

More missions and new missions, means more requirements, means more resources and funding to get more items needed to accomplish that mission.

IOW, they don't mean the same thing but one comes about as a result of the other.

I realize that much of the logistic and procurement part of planning doesn't apply to the average Joe in a squad but it is an essential part of the process for the command.

If we are going to location X and we need to accomplish Y, we are going to need A,B and C. We already have A but I'll need more B and a way to purchase C because we have never bought any before. See?

I would love to leave the country. I am already collecting social security and could no† afford to live in another country on the pittance that SS pays.

Lots of projections.

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

If any of the DUches do move it will be our gain and the other country's loss so I seriously doubt the useless and broke POSs would be welcomed.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Sadly, it's going to take more than two Romney/Ryan administrations and a Ryan/Palin administration to fix this clusterf*ck.  But watching the primitives go  :panic: :panic: :panic: will be primetime entertainment.  I fear an RR win simply puts a big band-aid on a sucking chest wound.

But, it's a start......

Of course, Canada is the preferred destination for them, like it always is for liberal morons who are too ignorant to know what Canada is really like. Don't get me wrong, I love it up there, my family vacations up there every summer, but I would never want to live there permanently.
For just one example, here in the US, if you are on trial for committing a crime and it's revealed that a piece of evidence to be used against you by the prosecution was obtained illegally, that evidence would be deemed as inadmissible in court; In Canada, they have no problem using illegally- obtained evidence. To put it in away that the DUmmies will understand, let's say you were arrested for growing and selling pot. Now, let's say that the cops search your home without a warrant, and discover some pot plants. In America, when it is revealed that the cops didn't have a proper search warrant, the prosecution will not be able to use the pot plants as evidence against you; In Canada, however, there would be no problem with the prosecution using the pot plants as evidence against you, even if it's conclusively proven that the cops didn't have a search warrant.
Oh, and of course, should Romney win, how much you want to bet that not a single DUmmy will follow through with moving?

The important thing to remember before starting a discussion about moonbats and Canada is that Canada does not have an "open border".  Canada doesn't want the moonbats.

This isn't 1972.  Even "conscientious objectors" have turned into "conscientious volunteers".  There is no political reason for Canada to welcome anyone.

And for some reason, they cannot get that through their thick skulls.  They retain the romantic hippie dream of "fleeing to Canada," all edgy and protesty.  It simply isn't the case any longer.

Plus, if you want to go to Canada to live, DUmmies, they need for you to be rich.  Kpete could easily go.  The rest of you?  Not so much.  But, if you do find a place, I say "bon voyage."

Kpete's husband could go. Kpete, as a half assed artist, wouldn't qualify without her meal ticket.

“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

Hell, ya have to have cash on ya just to visit! They stop you at the border and search yer car, record how much cash ya got on ya, make sure you have no firearms, (I've been turned away for that reason, myself. Carry permits don't mean shit to the Kanucks. If you want to hunt, you have to ship yer weapons.). If yer headed to Alaska, ya have to have at least 12 grand cash in yer pocket!.

At least thet's the way it is on the Idaho border. Prolly different back east. After all that's where the population centers are. I think out here there's like 1 person/square mile.

14. Cut back on spending

Since Romney will cut the mortgage interest tax rebate, I will get clobbered.

Here they are being tax-illiterate again.  Firstly, IIRC, Romney only threw out the idea of limiting the second home interest.  With income floor litmus tests and so forth.  IOW, for the wealthy.  Secondly, it's not a rebate, you idiot.  It's an itemized deduction which applies if you itemize.  The two-person household standard was $11,600 last year; so you need a lot of deductions to itemize.

I know all you guys know this, this is for the lurkers.   Rebate.   ::)

33. I will hope the money will start flowing again.

Because really, it can't be much worse under him than it is for me now. I'm out of work for fifteen straight months now and have only worked for twenty of the forty four that President Obama has been in office. It's been horrible for me and my industry. I know it's not Obama's fault that the congress won't let him do anything but that doesn't make it suck any less.

If Romney somehow wins I hope the richie rich assholes will stop striking and start building things again.

That shocked me.  It's also still there.

This, too, shall pass.

In a blue state, Dems are holding all the elected positions.  You want a safe place to crash with lots of freebies, that's what you're looking for.
