That's called endangering public safety.

What, that'll mean a shortage of doctors? That won't mean any difference to the working poor who have insurance but find doctors are refusing to take insurance and want them to pay THOUSANDS for medical care... money they don't even have. They won't be able to afford care anyway if more doctors start doing this.

Snatch a few licenses and put a few of these greedy ****s in prison and the rest will get the point. It'll be better than letting them face an angry mob of people (or bereaved relatives thereof) who needed care but couldn't afford it because the doctor wouldn't take their insurance.

Refusing insurance and demanding that the poor pay up thousands for care? That's bullshit. People will die if that problem spreads.

Tell you what DUmmy let's demand that you work for reduced wages and for free in some cases, then you will be just as greedy as those doctors who have the nerve to want to earn a living for the work that they do.

Great idea, I want a face lift, a boob lift and a tummy tuck.     Now I head to a doctors office to get all this for FREE.  I want all this done on the same day so the  person giving me sleep stuff a doctor and the surgeon now have to do me for no money.

I wake up to find my belly button right between my eyes.    My boobs on top of my head and my nose on my left shoulder.

As no money was exchanged, I cannot sue, but I can go to another Doctor who will correct this placing my nose between my eyes,  belly button on my right knee and my boobs sitting high and perkey on my mid back.  

The above makes as much sense as excepting a doctor to work for free of go to Jail.

I hope they do it, under authority of Obamacare. It would lead to a three-fer for us: 1) Obamacare would be well and truly destroyed for violating the 14th Amendment 2) Other types of legislation like this would be headed off because precedent is set 3) the ACLU will lose all their credibility when they refuse to represent this doctor who is imprisoned.

The story is not refusal, but WHY. I know, shades of gray ain't your strong point, serious.

Looking at the WHOLE ISSUE matters. This has to do with payment and reimbursement schedules. You should look into that my dear. Shades, gray.

Another reason this won't work, the hospitals would be full of men with no room for the woman.      Reason-----
