So this is how far civilization has come.

At one time woman and girls were advised to not resist as to do so could mean the rapist would likely kill them.   Now it seems that a victim even if they cannot speak or move has to bite or kick the rapist.

Is this story for real ????  Does this not give a by your leave to perverts to make the daily rounds of nursing homes to find someone that cannot resist, say your Grandmother  who has no teeth and has no idea what is going on .What about Grandpa who is flipped on his stomach and told he is being given an enema.

Then the horrid thought of these perverts heading for a hospital for children. You do understand how easy it is to rent or buy a nurse suit or scrubs.

This crap gives me nightmares, fear freezes people, makes them unable to think as  they follow orders of an assailant as in a bank robbery when told to hit the deck, one does with out thought.

To expect anyone in that woman's condition to fight back is insane and the Judges that believe so are themselves perverts. Someone needs to look into the history of these Judges,  someone either paid them off or they have their own fish to fry.

This is one of those cases that I wish I had the pay-per-view rights at the Eternal Judgement Bar of the Great Jehovah.  Methinks that God's version of Karma here is going to be particularly sweet.

No one is talking about CT but we are going batshit-moonbat crazy.  To try and pretend that the state still has money they have released 7,000 felons under a fake "time off for good behavior" program.  That program has already resulted in at least three murders and countless robberies/ assaults. There is no justice in Liberalville.

I am not sure of be it Maine or New Hampshire that built a state of the art prison that has never had even one  "GUEST".

There it sits in all its glory empty as the day it was finished.   Problem is the upkeep and needed repairs are costing a fortune.

Allot of theory's about why so,   some of the most interesting ideas are:

Future FEMA camp in case of civil revolt.

Conspiracy theory's as to who owned the land it was built on, who were the contractors that built it and one must follow the money.   One does not just head out to build  an edifice of this kind without planning to use it. Architects, designers, all the issues of sewage and fresh water.    The technology of computer designed control for everything from the cell doors to the elevators used to bring food from kitchens that prepare 3 meals a day for 7-8 hundred prisoners.

Some one has to design the staff locker rooms, their break rooms,  design a kitchen that can feed even 300 people 3 meals a day, that's 900 meals 24/7,    Then the prison hospital wards, dental wards, Visitors rooms.    Has to be storage rooms for the cleaning supplies and enough food to last a week in case of severe storms.   Heating and cooling unites, I wonder who put in all the plumbing needed, all the electrical work, who set up the computer system, where the computers were bought from. Where did they buy the beds toilets and sinks for the cells ?

This is just the inside, outside someone has to design recreaction areas, keep the grass mowed and tended.   Roads have to be paved, huge fences built and guard towers and gate guard shacks.

How much I wonder did the tax payers have to shell out for all this to be built a few years ago only to see the place STILL empty and they have to pay to keep it in preparation for WHAT ??????

I have been told that this prison is not the only one empty in the country.    These States hire outside Company's to run them and they have done such a bad job that this is not the only one standing empty.

So, if the prisons have no room for their criminals and have to let out early their prisoners to make room for the new influx, why not send the prisoners to another state that they will have to support the cost ????  Easy enough to do do say an exchange system between States.   Some jail in LA has 10 too many prisoners,   they send the 10 off to jails in other states with a couple empty cells.     Pam Smart was sent to NY prison from NH, he family put up a ruckus as they claimed hey would not get to visit her every week.  Tough Shit, we may see the repeat offenders numbers go down when they realise they may be sent away from family members and the conjugal visits they enjoy so much.

I wonder how Charlie Manson would react to be told he was being transferred to a prison in Alabama.
