The thing that's going to hurt Pres. Obama (and the poll numbers) is the media spin.
I watched the debate and yes I wished the Pres. was more aggressive in taking on Romney's lies. But I honestly thought at the end it was a draw.

But the media spin (and now amplified by these post debate snap polls) is going to be hard against the President but more importantly PRO Romney the next few days.

That in itself will feed the new narrative that the press has been desperately wanting. Romney is acceptable now we will hear. People will take a new look at him we will hear. It's going to become a self fulfilling prophecy.

And while I know lying isn't the answer, all the Chris Mathews etc. wailing and crying will feed that narrative.

It's depressing.

This has got me totally baffled.
I was Ivory-sure that the DUmp, and the MSM would have declared BHO the winner on this.
This does not bode well for the current resident at 1600 Pennyvania, Street.
The Ryan/Bidet debate may very well prove equally intertaining.
Will the DUmp go into "lock-down" mode? Yup

This is nuts. I don't usually see threads...at least in quantity 6 minutes ago, 1 minute ago, seconds ago, 4 minutes ago, etc. They're STILL in panic mode. :yahoo:

She knows. They all know.

But they also know that "Liberal media bias!" was the rallying cry that gave rise to FOX news and the blogs who began filling a market niche for providing non-leftist news.

Lefties think that if they cry "Media bias!" then they can goad the news outlets to cater to their market demands as well as explain away their failings.

What "lies", cupid stunt? Every-single-lie the the pResident reiterated was refuted, over and over and over.
