T-Mobile -- THANK YOU!

We finally decided to upgrade our old phones tonight.  The phone I have won't receive text messages because the memory is "too full" or whatever.  I have tried clearing up this problem, but decided it's not worth it anymore.  We are eligible for an upgrade and just wanted to be rid of this dinosaur phone and get some new technology.  T-Mobile's website wouldn't work for some reason when we tried to submit the upgrade order.  I am so glad it the website was being a piece of crap.

My husband called T-Mobile to upgrade over the phone.  The agent said the website wasn't working because it wasn't charging the $20 upgrade fee.  He then told my husband that since the website didn't show it, that he wouldn't charge it to us.  Then the guy told my husband we are getting a FREE MONTH of T-Mobile this coming month.  OMG.  NO FREAKING BILL! 

These guys just made my day.  We've been a customer of T-Mobile for seven years.  I'm just so excited.  This is why I swear by T-Mobile.  We got their abso-freaking-lutely unlimited plan again.  Now when I work OT at work, I can listen to Pandora when Rush & Hannity aren't on.  Celebrate!   :cheersmate:

Seriously though, switch your services to T-Mobile if your phone carrier is being a bitch.

Are you getting the galaxy 3?
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I'm glad they took care of you.

On this side of the mountain Verizon seems to have the best reception and service.

The worst is AT&T
