How do you feel about the possibility of Bush & the whole regime hanging in the new Nuremberg trial?

Great responses! I will reply to as many questions as possible. To hang for war crimes. I think most of congress could partially be excused for failing to fight the war when you consider the outcome of their having pushed back against the patriot act. Can you say anthrax?

IF there had been a war crime punishable by death (A "Grave breach"), the mere possibility of retribution as vague as the anthrax incident would not make out a legal defense of coercion.  Nor for that matter is coercion a defense to active participation in a crime, it is merely a defense to passive involvement until the earliest possible time to extricate oneself from the situation.  Therefore the DUmmies should be rooting for the execution of every Democrat in Congress who voted for war.  Of course the factual underpinning for that scenario only exists in their stupid little heads, not actually in this spacetime continuum.
